Processing Times Orders at tkitkk.com are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse. (Business days = Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
Shipping Options & Delivery Times At checkout, you will see the available shipping methods for your specific address. Typical estimates for the PONY® Collection and other items are:

Standard Shipping: ~7–12 business days.

Express Shipping: ~4–8 business days.
Note: Actual delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier capacity, weather, and peak seasons. Transit estimates begin after your order ships, not at the moment of purchase.
Order Tracking When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress end-to-end. Please allow 24–48 hours for the initial carrier scans to populate in the system.
International Shipping We ship TKI TK products to most countries. Please note for international orders:

Delivery typically ranges ~10–15 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.

Customs inspections can occasionally add delays; these are outside of our control.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or if your parcel arrives damaged, please email us immediately at info.tkitk@gmail.com. We will help open an investigation with the carrier. Please keep all original packaging and take photos of any damage to support your claim.
Split Shipments To get your items to you as fast as possible, different products in the same order may ship separately at no extra cost to you. You will receive a unique tracking email for each parcel.
PO Boxes & Restricted Addresses Some carriers or express services cannot deliver to PO Boxes, military (APO/FPO), or extremely remote addresses. If this affects your order, our team will contact you via email for an alternative address.
Holidays & Peak Season During high-volume periods (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or the Holiday season), processing and transit times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these busy times!
